A Heart of Flowers
What we'll need

A tube
Flowerheart frame (here)
Plugins used: Filter Factory E - Transparent Bullseye (here)

Let's get started
  1. Open up your tube, minimize, and the flowerheart frame in psp
  2. Edit / Copy (Flowerhear frame)
  3. Open a new Transparent image of 500x500 px
  4. Flood fill with White
  5. Edit / Paste / As a new Layer
  6. Resize with 90 %
  7. Duplicate the frame layer and activate the original (raster 2)
  8. Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur wih a Radius of 10
  9. Effects / Plugins / Filter Factory E / Transparent Bullseye
    and change the number of rings to: 155
  10. Activate your Top Layer and apply a Drop Shadow



  11. Activate you Magic Wand and select the inner heart of the frame
    Mode: Add - Tolerance: about 40- Anti-alias checked
  12. Invert your Selection
  13. Maximize your tube and apply a Drop Shadow



  14. Edit / Copy and Paste your tube as a new Layer onto your image
  15. Place your tube where you want it ( Move Tool) and activate your Freehand selection tool (mode is Remove)
  16. Unselect those parts of your tube you want to have sticking out of your frame,
    when satisfied press your Delete key once and Deselect



  17. Activate your Elipse Tool - Draw on Vector -size:2
  18. Change your Foreground color to a nice one from your image and set your background to Transparent
  19. Draw a large Circle on your Image like shown below



  20. Mirror your Circle
  21. Activate your Text Tool and move over the bottom Left side of your Circle until you see
    Left click and add your Text
  22. In Your Layer Palet click on the + of the Vector layer and x out the Circle Layer
  23. Layers / Convert to Raster Layer and move your text in place
  24. Apply the same Drop Shadow as step 13
  25. Add your Watermark and save as JPG
