What we'll need
a Tube
a Mask
some animated notes
Plugins used: Toadies - Ommadawn and Glasswork Colour
Supplies

Let's get started
|
- Open your tube and mask in PSP
- Open een new transparent image of 500x500 px
- Flood fill with White
- Add a new Raster Layer and Flood fill with a color from your tube
- Layers / New Layer Mask / From Image and apply the Zoom10.jpg
- Layers / Merge / Merge Group
- Activate your Circle Selection Tool
- Left click in the center of your mask and hold down your mousebutton while you drag your selection to the bottom right corner. Just select a nice part of your mask, making it not to large, but also not to small. (for those who don't wanna try themselves, I've added a saved selection of my circle)
- Selections / Invert and press your delete key once
- Select none
- Duplicate your mask layer and activate the original mask layer
- Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur with a radius of 10
- Effects / Plugins / Toadies / Glassworks Colour

- Activate your Macic Wand and click on the outside of your shape
- Press your Delete key once and Invert your selection
- Apply a Drop Shadow and Deselect

- Activate your Top Layer and
- Select All - Float - Defloat
- Effects / Plugins / Toadies / Ommadawn

- Effects / Texture effects / Mosaique Antique

- Deselect
- Copy and Paste your Tube as a new Layer
- Apply a Drop Shadow and move it to a place you like

- Add your Text and apply a Drop Shadow
- Add your Watermark and Merge All Layers

Time for the animated part
|
- Copy your Image
- Open up Animation Shop (AS) and the aninotes06.mng file
- Edit / Select All
- Paste your Image as a New Animation
- Edit / Duplicate (keep on repeating this step until you have 12 frames)
- Edit / Select All
- Left click and hold on the first frame of the aninotes06
- Drag it into the first frame of your image and release your mouse button when you have it on a spot you like
- Preview your animation by clicking on
at the top right off your screen
- When you are satisfied with your animation save it as a GIF
