Open a new image 500x500 pixel
Flood fill with your dark color
Select all
Add a new layer
Copy and paste bs16013.jpg into selection
Change te opacity of this layer to 30
Select none
Add a new later and flood fill with your medium color
Layers/ Load save mask/ Load mask from disk and use these settings
Layers/ Merge / Merge group
Change the blend mode of the merged group to Screen
Play a bit with the opacity if you don’t want to see the mask that much,mine is set to 68
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Apply a drop shadow
Layers/ Merge/ Merge all (flatten)
Selections/ Select all
Effects/ 3D effects/ Cutout
Select none
Add a border of 2 pixels in your medium dark color, then a border of 2 pixels in your light color
and as last a border of 2 pixels in your medium dark color
When you want to add a watermark, this is the right time to do so
Add a border of 7 pixels in your light color
Selections/ Select all
Add a border of 14 pixels in dark color from your background
Selections/ Invert
Effectt/ Plugins/ Greg's output filters II/ Pool shadow
Effects/ 3D effects/ Outer Bevel
Add a border of 7 pixels in your light color
Selections/ Select all
Selections/ Modify/ Contract with 28 pixels
Effects/ 3D effects/ Cutout
Repeat the Cutout, but change Vertical and Horizontal to -2
Selections/ Invert
Effects/ Plugins/ Alf's border FX/ Mirror bevel
Add a border of 2 pixels in the dark color you used before
Selections/ Select None
Save as JPG
